KEEPING RECORDS

As part of our registration with the CSSIW, we keep full records of all our activities and abide by the industry regulations as well as our own Code of Practice. At the home of each of our clients, we keep a Service Care Plan, which contains details of what the carer is expected to do, logs of every visit, noting the activities undertaken by the carer, if there were any concerns or comments about the client, what medications have been administered and the length of the visit. The log sheets of the visits are kept at clients homes for a couple of weeks in case visiting health professionals want some background information, and are then removed and securely stored at our offices for inspection by local authorities and the regulatory bodies. Prices and Payment

Domiciliary Care is not subject to VAT, so the prices quoted here are what you would pay. We invoice weekly and ask our clients to set up standing orders for routine payments. As long as we have 48 hours notice, we are happy to cancel any calls not required and we automatically refund any charges paid in advance for calls not made.

Our hourly rates include all expenses except for Taking Out where there is an additional charge of 25p per mile after the first five miles.

We charge the same price for all services, so it is easy to know how much everything costs.
