Archgate carers have made such a difference to mum's life, they are now friends and we trust them completely. HJ

The carers at Archgate go way beyond what we ask them to do, nothing is ever too much trouble. My aunt is now settled, less worried and smiles much more than she did when she came out of hospital. The carers have become friends. CS and DS

Thanks for everything you have done for my mum. She tells us all about the trips in your car and your help with her shopping. Your carers are amazing. RP

We are closing down with effect from the end of March 2012

 

This is due to:

 

1. Cardiff Council taking all our care contracts, against the wishes of many of our clients, and giving these contracts to a few large agencies.

2. We are now among many small agencies in Cardiff that have had to close down because of this. But it has been a little comfort to us to see the nice Daimler recently purchased by the owner of one of the large agencies, we really hope he enjoys driving it.

3. We want to apologise to the few clients who who were able to remain faithful to us and we are very sorry that we can no longer provide your care. But we do not thank the Council for making it so difficult for you to obtain direct payments.

4. To all the carers who have worked with us on providing excellent care to our clients, we wish you luck for the future and know that your current clients are very lucky to have you.
